A few months after buying it, my son accidentally hit a pole and broke the wheel. I reached out to their support team, and Alex was incredibly helpful in getting it fixed. Even though I had to cover the shipping cost (which was reasonable, especially since I’m in another state), they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The scooter is still running great — the battery lasts long, and the overall performance is excellent. Highly recommend!

Fantastic company. Initially I was a little worried about some review on late delivery but I was excited when my order arrived before Christmas as promised, its a super busy period so i recommend pre ordering. Great customer service they answered my emails promptly and professionally. My 9 year old daughter loves her hoverboard and rides it daily, she has added a cart now and it's even more fun. This hoverboard is well built, it's so tough my daughter puts it to its limits and thrashes it and it has not skipped a beat. Reasonably fast to charge and the charge last a long time. This is great value for money especially if you use a promotional coupon. Highly recommended and would buy again from them.

Purchased as a Christmas present for my 11 year old. It has been a few months and charging/working well. Solid product. Music can play very loud! Overall very happy with our purchase. I was a little worried with some of the complaints, and we have not had to use customer service - so have no comment on that. My only gripe was that the delivery was well over a month from dispatch. Not sure how something could take that long and admittedly we were worried it wouldn’t show in time for Christmas. So be warned - delivery takes a very long time!
