All our Hoverboards, Segways, and Self-balancing scooters are 100% safe and approved in Australian testing laboratories. A brief description of safety guarantee is given below.

All of Australia Hoverboards® products are certified as per Australian safety regulations. Our Chargers are SAA approved which is mandatory requirements for charger safety. All of our batteries are also UL2272 certified which is a requirement of hoverboard batteries. We are also registered as a responsible supplier at ERAC (Electric Regulatory Authority Council of Australia). You can access more information here.

Australia Hoverboards uses only the best quality lithium-ion batteries which are certified by the relevant governing body. These batteries are long lasting and do not discharge prematurely. Our batteries and chargers are UL2272 certified as well as they have received internal certifications such as IEC, CE, RoHS and more.

12 MONTHS WARRANTY

We take pride in providing exceptional quality hoverboards and therefore we offer 12 months warranty to all our customers. Warranty covers any manufacturing default in the product within 12 months of purchase date. Not just this, we also offer 30 days money back / replacement guarantee in case if a product faces any issues within 30 days of purchase. Purchased the ESA Pro electric scooter from this company and have been very happy with both the quality of the scooter and their customer service. A few months after buying it, my son accidentally hit a pole and broke the wheel. I reached out to their support team, and Alex was incredibly helpful in getting it fixed. Fantastic company. Initially I was a little worried about some review on late delivery but I was excited when my order arrived before Christmas as promised, its a super busy period so i recommend pre ordering. Great customer service they answered my emails promptly and professionally. My 9 year old daughter loves her hoverboard and rides it daily, she has added a cart now and it's even more fun. This hoverboard is well built, it's so tough my daughter puts it to its limits and thrashes it and it has not skipped a beat. Reasonably fast to charge and the charge last a long time. This is great value for money especially if you use a promotional coupon. Highly recommended and would buy again from them.

Purchased as a Christmas present for my 11 year old. It has been a few months and charging/working well. Solid product. Music can play very loud! Overall very happy with our purchase. I was a little worried with some of the complaints, and we have not had to use customer service - so have no comment on that. My only gripe was that the delivery was well over a month from dispatch. Not sure how something could take that long and admittedly we were worried it wouldn’t show in time for Christmas. So be warned - delivery takes a very long time!
